Our selling commission is based on a fixed fee depending on your property's value. For a one BR appartment the fee is $3,850 + GST, and for a $1.5M property the fee is $12,000 + GST.
Our rental comissions are 6% plus GST, unless you have multiple properties where it is negotiable. All properties are managed 24/7 by Stephen Horler - who has over 25 years of property management expertise. We have a small rent roll that's expertly managed with low vacancy rates and arrears.
